David Scott Reber, age 66 of Bethel Park, passed away with his family by his side on September 4, 2020. He was the son of the late Marilyn and James Reber. He is the beloved brother of Richard (Kit) Reber of Portland, Orgeon. David was a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he was a graduate of Baldwin High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Later he began working for the US Postal service for over 30 years where the residents of his route became his family. He was a very kind man that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Dave was one of the friends I'd been trying to find. When I read he'd been a postman in Bethel ,where I'd worked since 2003 , I was disappointed I never ran into him. Knew Dave from the neighborhood and hung out some. Friendly and a big Beatles fan ! RIP Dave. DJV
