Moninger, Jr.; former husband of Dorothy "Dottie" Holtgraver; son of the late George and Catherine Moninger; brother of Donna Lucot; uncle of Brian (Stephanie) and Chad (Aimee) Lucot; grand-uncle of Drew, Owen, Andie and the late Matthew Lucot; also survived by cousins and friends.
