Age 65, surrounded by family on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, of Belle Vernon, formerly of Baldwin Boro. Beloved father of Jennifer (George Jones) Burgman and Charles (Erin) Lepperd; proud pap of Joshua (Monica) Burgman, Joseph Burgman, Hannah Smith, Hudson and Quinn Lepperd; great-grandpap of Adelina; brother of Jeff Lepperd, Kim Lepperd and the late Mark Lepperd. Also survived by neices, nephews, cousins and friends.Chuck was an avid fisherman, enjoyed riding his motorcycle, and was at his absolute happiest being a grandfather.
