Backstrom, Robert Oscar Age 68, of Bethel Park, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022. Beloved husband of 45 years to Pamela Backstrom; loving father of Kelsey (Sean) Curtis and Geoffrey (Kelly) Backstrom; grandfather of Cassandra Curtis; brother of Juel Sicilian. Rob had a long, successful 28-year career with Forever Media as well as doing consulting work for K-Love radio and part-owner of Crescent Media Services. He had a special love for music, listening, playing, and teaching lessons. He was a talented musician, playing multiple instruments including trumpet, saxophone, guitar, piano and more. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 26th at 11 am at Paul Henney Cremation & Funeral Tributes, Bethel Park. Friends are welcomed at 10 am. Inurnment will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
